Green Belt 2.0
fkiQuality announces its 2017 Lean Six Sigma CalendarLean Six Sigma – Green Belt 2.0
We teach a 5-days Lean Six Sigma Green Belt workshop that will give you the knowledge, skills and templates needed to complete your first project successfully at work right after the course.
We have taught hundreds of Green Belts with a 99% certification success rate.
Why a “2.0” version?
fkiQuality’s Green Belt curriculum covers the most applicable parts of the body of knowledge maximizing its impact through integration with these powerful concepts and tools:
- Any operation is a system
- Process owners must understand variation (chaos) to reduce it
- There is a way to improve-by-doing called PDSA
- Managers must design new ways of working that create pride in everyone’s jobs
- Project Management integrated with Lean Six Sigma
Participants lead a GB project in class, apply the most useful quality tools and are done after 5 intensive days.
Many say that this has been the most practical Six Sigma training ever, others say that they will never look at their jobs in the same way again.
Our students agree that getting certified in-class is a great plus. They credit this course with making them focus all their efforts over a high-intensity week.
They work in teams like at work, and also individually to earn their own Green Belt certification. Exam preparation is also included in the course.
The Six Sigma Masters Program confers the certification.
See the specifics below and join us if you are ready to earn your LSSGB now!
