How the Green Belt course works

One project per participant, reviewed at every step

Most Green Belt simulations put a whole class through one shared case. Ours hands each participant a singular operational problem at Windows to Your Life (WTYL), a simulated company that sells, finances, manufactures and installs replacement windows. The participant carries that problem through all phases, from Define through Control.

A coach on every deliverable

An AI Master Black Belt reviews each charter, diagram, and control plan, and the participant's token moves forward only on approved work.

New data at each step

New data opens as the student moves forward, the way evidence arrives on a real project, and so nobody can jump from the charter straight to a solution.

An instructor at every gate

The instructor follows every participant on a live matrix, answers their messages and confirms each gate before the project moves on to the next phase.

Ten live evening sessions, twice a week, 35 hours in all, open to professionals from any company. Each participant leads a complete project in our simulator, with a built-in Master Black Belt coach reviewing every piece of work. More than 1,300 people have certified with us, at a 95% exam success rate.

The class ends December 16, in time to use 2026 training funds before they lapse.
